DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier (DHL or USPS), a replacement item will be issued once the loss has been verified.

Please note:
Refunds are not issued for confirmed lost packages.


Missed Deliveries / Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt is missed and the package is returned to us:

  • A $8 re-delivery fee will be required before the order can be resent.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for issues related to fit or personal preference, including loose-fit garments such as Bubu items being too big or too long, as these are intentionally designed with a relaxed fit and full measurements are provided in product descriptions. Refunds are also not available for incorrect size selection on fitted pieces such as two-piece sets, or for color preference after purchase; however, exchange options may be available in such cases. Accessories, including items like turbans, are generally non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.


REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged
  • Item received is incorrect

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within up to 5 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

EXCHANGE POLICY

We cover re-delivery cost if:

  • Wrong item was sent
  • Wrong size was sent (for fitted clothing)
  • Item has a production or design defect

Customer covers re-delivery cost if:

  • Incorrect size was selected (for fitted designs)
  • Exchange is requested for a different color

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

  • Items must be returned within 72 hours of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
